Advancer.ai is an HR AI startup revolutionising how businesses access human resources services.

Due to growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Intern to join our team and assist in building out a membership portal for our AI HR website. The role is one day per week over 12 weeks.

You will be responsible for sourcing and curating a variety of HR and employment workforce resources, including contracts, white papers, podcasts, videos and other relevant materials.

This role offers an exciting internship opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, content curation, and website development within the HR and AI industries.

Key Responsibilities:
– Curate high-quality content to be featured on the membership portal, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our target audience’s needs and interests.

– Research and identify a wide range of HR and employment workforce resources, including contracts, white papers, articles, podcasts, webinars, and other relevant materials.

– Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives, and tailor content accordingly.

– Assist in the development and implementation of the membership portal, including organising content, creating user-friendly interfaces and ensuring smooth functionality.

– Conduct regular updates and maintenance of the membership portal, ensuring that content remains current and engaging.

– Provide support to the team as needed, including participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities.

Qualifications:
– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Management, Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.

– Strong interest in business management, HR, employment workforce and marketing.

– Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesise information from multiple sources.

– Detail-oriented and organised, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

– Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

This one day a week (12 week) internship offers valuable hands-on experience in business development, content curation, and website management and is ideal for students seeking to gain practical skills in the HR and AI industry.
