Yes, the HR CoPilot chatbot is free for 48 hours to approved users that have completed the registration form. For paid users, HR CoPilot is free with unrestricted time usage together with HR Advisors and other industry leading resources.

Yes – HR CoPilot data is private to you. The general public cannot see your questions and responses. Advancer Administration and Certified Advisors can see your questions and responses which enables them to help you on your advisory matters. 

Advancer’s system is designed to keep AI reasoning and computation within Australia. We also host all our infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, which maintains Enterprise-level security and reliability. All our AI and LLMs are also self-contained within Azure, which means questions, responses and further training is retained internally by us, and does not get leaked to the public ChatGPT instance.

Yes we do. We believe it’s vital to have the very best and most experienced HR Advisors on call and ready to help you at anytime. Each Certified Advancer Advisor goes through a detailed application and interview process before they can work and consult with you.

Yes – for monthly plans there are no expensive fixed-term contracts. For monthly and yearly paid accounts, make sure you use up your expert consulting and advisory hours prior to cancelling, as pre-paid monthly and yearly plans are not refundable and we don’t offer pro rata refunds.
